The invention relates to methods for enrichment of ores by flotation.
There is a method of flotation of sulfide lead-containing ores, which includes the processing of pulp by a collector, for example, xanthate, and the flotation of lead minerals in a solid medium 1.
However, this method is ineffective due to the fact that the collector used is not sufficiently selective, sensitive to oxidation.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the technological indicators of the enrichment of lead sulfide ores.
The goal is achieved by processing the pulp with a tertiary amine of the formula:
where R is an aliphatic hydrocarbon radical with a carbon number of 8-22; X is hydrogen or hydroxyl

The method is implemented as follows.
. Ore is crushed. An environmental regulator, a modifier and then a collector are introduced into the pulp. After agitation, lead sulfide is floated.
For example. Ore containing 4% lead and quartz is crushed to 80% 74 microns.
The flotation conditions are pH 8.25-8.5, the tertiary amine consumption is 50 g / t.
As a result of the process, a concentrate with a lead content of 62% was obtained with extraction. 89%.
